She began her first album by declaring "Jesus Died For Somebody's Sins, But Not Mine". What more is there to say? How about, thirty-plus years on, she still kills in concert, still believes that Rock and Roll can save you, me and the whole profane screwed up world. That her challenge to Jesus was one of her humbler moments. That She had a rock legend husband but didn't die herself. That She has a ridiculously younger though rather talented boyfriend. That Her drummer will take on anybody ya got and, lastly, That Her longtime guitarist is one of Rock's great writers and archivists ("Nuggets" anyone?) and like her still looks like he needs a meal real baaad.
